🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Q1. Do you ship all over India?
Ans. Yes, we ship to all cities, towns and pin codes across India. Whether you are in a metro city or a smaller town, we deliver to your doorstep.

Q2. Which courier service do you use?
Ans. We use Blue Dart and India Speed Post as our shipping partners. Your order will be dispatched through the most reliable courier available for your pin code.

Q3. When will I receive my order?
Ans. Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 working days across India. Metro cities may receive orders in 3 to 4 working days. We prioritise every order for quick dispatch.

Q4. Do you ship internationally?
Ans. Yes, we ship worldwide. We currently deliver to the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Germany and many other countries. International orders are delivered within 10 to 14 working days. International shipping charges apply at checkout.

Q5. How much does shipping cost in India?
Ans. Shipping charges vary based on your location and order weight. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your payment.

Q6. Do you offer free shipping?
Ans. Yes, we offer free shipping on orders above ₹5000. For orders below this amount, standard shipping charges will apply.

Q7. Can I track my order?
Ans. Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time on the courier's website.

Q8. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Ans. Yes, COD is available for select pin codes in India. You will see if COD is available for your location at checkout.

Q9. What if my order is delayed?
Ans. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at care@runwaynagaland.com or WhatsApp us at 7085059325. We will investigate and update you immediately.

Q10. What payment methods do you accept?
Ans. We accept all major payment methods including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm and other popular wallets. All payments are processed through a secure payment gateway.

Q11. Is it safe to pay on your website?
Ans. Yes, absolutely. Our website uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed through a secure and trusted payment gateway. Your card and banking details are never stored on our servers.

Q12. I am not comfortable paying online. Can I pay another way?
Ans. Yes. You can WhatsApp or email us your order details and we will send you our bank account information for a direct bank transfer. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. Contact us at care@runwaynagaland.com or 7085059325.

Q13. I am facing trouble completing payment on the website.
Ans. Please contact us on WhatsApp at 7085059325 or email hello@runwaynagaland.com. We will send you a direct payment link so you can complete your purchase without any issues.

Q14. Do you accept international payments?
Ans. Yes. International buyers can pay using Credit Cards, Debit Cards and PayPal. Prices for international orders are displayed in the local currency at checkout.

Q15. Can I place an order over WhatsApp or email?

Q16. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Ans. Order modifications or cancellations are possible if the order has not yet been dispatched. Please contact us immediately at care@runwaynagaland.com or 7085059325. Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.

Q17. Do you take bulk orders?
Ans. Yes, we take bulk orders for corporate gifting, events, seminars, conferences and other occasions. Please email us at hello@runwaynagaland.com or visit our Bulk Enquiry page on the website for pricing and details.

Q18. Do you take customised orders?
Ans. Yes. We offer customisation for select products including personalised packaging, custom colours and bespoke designs. Contact us at hello@runwaynagaland.com with your requirements and we will do our best to help.

Q19. Can I order gift hampers for special occasions?
Ans. Yes. We create personalised gift hampers for birthdays, anniversaries, corporate gifting, weddings, seminars and other special occasions. Our hampers can be customised with a selection of our products and personalised packaging. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

 

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Q20. What is your return policy?
Ans. We do not offer returns. However, we provide exchanges in case the product is damaged, defective or significantly different from what was described. Please contact us at care@runwaynagaland.com with your order details and photographs of the product.

Q21. Can I exchange a product?
Ans. Yes, exchanges are possible subject to product availability. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Q22. What if I receive a damaged product?
Ans. If your product arrives damaged, please photograph the item and the packaging immediately and email us at care@runwaynagaland.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange an exchange promptly.


 

🛍️ PRODUCTS

Q23. Are your products genuinely handmade?
Ans. Yes. Every product at Runway Nagaland is handcrafted by skilled artisan communities in Nagaland, Northeast India. We work directly with the artisans and source all products straight from the makers. 

Q24. What materials are used in your jewellery?
Ans. Our Naga tribal jewellery is made using glass beads, carnelian beads, terracotta, bone, shell, brass and natural fibre. All materials are natural and traditional to the craft heritage of Nagaland's tribal communities.

Q25. What materials are used in your banana fibre products?
Ans. Our banana fibre products are made from fibre extracted from the stem of the banana plant — agricultural waste that would otherwise be discarded. The fibre is naturally strong, water-resistant and biodegradable. No synthetic materials are used.

Q26. Are your bamboo products chemical-free?
Ans. Yes. Our bamboo products are made from naturally harvested bamboo without synthetic chemicals or industrial treatment. They are safe for use with food items such as fruit baskets and tableware.

Q27. Are your jewellery pieces suitable for people with sensitive skin?
Ans. Our jewellery uses natural materials including glass beads, natural stones, brass, and natural fibre. However, if you have a known allergy to specific metals or materials, please check the product description carefully or contact us before purchasing.

Q28. Do you sell authentic Naga tribal shawls and handloom products?
Ans. Yes. Our handloom collection includes authentic Naga tribal shawls, Mekhela suits, stoles and traditional handwoven textiles — all sourced directly from weaving communities in Nagaland.

Ans. Runway Nagaland is headquartered in Dimapur, Nagaland, India. We also have a store in Delhi at The Kunj, Nelson Mandela Marg, Pocket 4, Sector C, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070.

Q30. When was Runway Nagaland founded?
Ans. Runway Nagaland was founded in 2011 in Nagaland, starting as an all-women artisans team. We are one of the pioneering platforms promoting tribal art and empowering artisan communities in Northeast India.
